Returns & Exchanges

Before you return The Signature Plus product, we would like you to understand the detailed process for the same.

  • Return & Exchange – Due to Size or any other relevant issues can be done on or before 7 days of delivery of our products.

  • Email Us at support@thesignatureplus.in from your registered email ID.

  • Our Return / Exchange Policy is applicable only when products are unused and Price tag intact.

  • Product Should be in resalable condition with Valid receipt of full Payment.

  • For Damaged Products – Intimate us within 24 hrs of delivery of the product if you get damaged product. (Issues like sizing / style / design are not included under the category of “Damage Product. )

  • If customer has received damaged product then while notifying to us customer should take 2 clear photographs which will cover the actual picture or area of damaged product. (Will not accept the blur or irrelevant product photograph which is not covering actual area of the damaged product.)

  • If anyone fails to produce such photographs and still claim to return / exchange the product under the section of “Damaged Product” then such request will not be entertained.

  • Return / Exchange cannot be taken place if products are altered by the Customer.

  • For Cancellation of Orders – Pls note Orders can be cancelled only before Shipment has been dispatched. If you are cancelling the order after dispatching the order/ product then Return / Exchange charges will be applicable @ Rs. 100 per order as a shipping charges.

  • Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode if the cancellation of product is taken place. (bank account, credit card, etc.)

  • Return / Exchange can be done once only. If customer wants to Return / Exchange the product more then a one attempt then charges will be applicable as per the Policy.

  • Customer Cannot exchange the product more then 2 times.

  • For International Shipments – We do not provide reverse pick up facility. If in transit product is damaged then customer has to pay shipping and brokerage charges.

  • For International Shipments Custom Charges has to be borne by the Customer.

  • Other Terms & Condition will remain same for International Customers.

  • If incorrect product is derived then we apologise for human error. Pls call us immediately or email us at support@thesignatureplus.com. Your complaint will be the priority for us.

  • Exchanges will be dispatched within 3-5 business hours.

  • If you have any grievances about our services or Products pls write back to our CEO sandhya@thesignatureplus.in. Matter will be taken up on immediate basis.
